My forte lies in orchestrating seamless cross-functional collaboration. I'm passionate about leadership and helping people work well together.

• What sets me apart is my dedication to Documentation.
• Fueled by my passion for Figma and Notion, I'm always learning the in-and-outs, and if you do some digging you might even find me on some tutorials on youtube! 🕵🏻
• I'm also an Early childhood educator and a writer, and my experience in both of these realms fuel my creativity and my storytelling skills.

Deep into DesignOps topics, my mission is to streamline operations and empower designers –including myself– to dedicating their energy to their true craft.

(But also because I'm building it myself and I'm a good designer but I hadn't try to actually build my designs, so this website is me learning!)

📍 Where I've been and what I've done

Even though my name could trick you, I am born and raised Uruguayan 🇺🇾
I moved to Germany in 2010 right after I finished high school and have lived a few lives since:

  • Learned Hotel Management at 18 years old, while going from genau to C1 German

  • Studied my BA in Communication Design in Hamburg

  • Moved to Italy and worked in a huge hotel in Venice as a Front office manager where I hired, trained and managed 30+ receptionist from different nationalities

  • Became a design freelancer and went to Uruguay on what I thought was a vacation

  • Got a job at a Design Agency in Montevideo so I decided to stay for a year

  • Then moved to Australia and studied Early Childhood Education in Sidney

  • Thanks to that I then worked at a German kindergarten in Melbourne ¹

  • When the pandemic hit I moved to Berlin and worked at a Product (ASO, Growth, UX) agency for 3 years where I got the chance to design for all my favorite apps and more!

  • Since 01.01.2024 I've been working as a Design Lead at Elli, a brand of the Volkswagen Group, making e-mobility easier, more reliable, and free of hassle 🚙

[1] Never learnt more about leadership than having to be a leader figure to a group of babies and toddlers 🐣
